Boxercise

This exercise class is based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. The format ensures a great cardiovascular workout while also increasing upper and lower body strength. A boxing class can include; shadow-boxing, boxing combinations, skipping, push-ups, shuttle-runs, sit-ups and much more. Come and join a fun, fast class that will suit people of ALL fitness levels.

Please note, participants are required to provide their own boxing glove liners.
