A gentle paced low impact and low complexity class designed for those who want to maintain and improve overall health and wellbeing. The comprehensive workout consists of a full body warm up, low impact movements, and functional strength exercises that target balance, flexibility and mobility.
Some classes involve floor work so an ability to get down/up from the floor with minimal support is recommended.e

Our ‘no towel, no train’ policy, will be strictly enforced. All members are required to show a clean towel when entering the facility.
