A gentle paced low impact and low complexity class designed for those who want to maintain and improve overall health and wellbeing. The comprehensive workout consists of a full body warm up, low impact movements, and functional strength exercises that target balance, flexibility and mobility.
Some classes involve floor work so an ability to get up and down from the floor with minimal support is recommended.
Duration: 45 minutes
Our ‘no towel, no train’ policy, will be strictly enforced. All members are required to show a clean towel when entering the facility.
