Stay focused and make the most of your membership with our Five Step Member Care program.

Our professional trainers will undertake a goal and fitness assessment and then develop a bespoke exercise or fitness regime.

Membership will provide you with ongoing support and advice to ensure your program is working for you and remains challenging as your health and wellbeing improves.

Step 1.45 minutes goal session and fitness assessment

Step 2.45 minutes introduction to your tailored fitness program

Step 3.30 minute Personal Training session or supervised workout

Step 4.Follow up call from our team

Step 5.45 minutes program review every six weeks
