The Willoughby Leisure Centre’s Sports Hall and group fitness program will continue to operate, but its Pool Hall and Health Club are now shut during the major upgrades. The revised construction timeline anticipates the Health Club reopening in 2026.
Go to Member Portal
Enter your email address and password and select "Login".

When using your mobile device to log into the member portal you will automatically be logged into the mobile view. Select view full site at the bottom of the screen for more options.
Create a new customer profile
Note for existing customers and new Swim School customers: If this is your first time accessing the member portal, see instructions for "Forgot password".
The following instructions apply to:
Select "forgot username/password".
Enter your email address and click "Retrieve password".
You will receive an email with a link. Click on the link.
If you haven't received an email within a few minutes, check your junk folder.
You will be asked to enter a new password and retype it to confirm. Click the checkbox next to the terms and conditions and then click continue.
Once you have set your password you will then be logged into the member portal.
