Become a member

Step 1.Select a membership

View our membership options online. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to joining. 

If you have an existing profile, please follow the instructions in the existing customer tab to become a member. If you are unsure whether you have a profile, please contact us.

Step 2.Complete an application online

Once you have chosen a membership:

1. Click Join now and select your membership option payment type (direct debit or upfront).
   
   
2. Select your membership contract start date. You may choose a date up to 7-days in advance.
   
   
3. Follow the prompts to provide your personal details. 
   If you have an existing customer profile, you will be directed to log in before continuing. Please use instructions in the existing customer tab to continue. 
   
   
4. Review and agree to the membership terms and conditions and all conditions of entry.
   If you select a direct debit membership, you will also need to agree to the DebitSuccess Direct Debit Request (DDR) Service Agreement.
   
   
5. Enter your payment details.
   
   
6. Review your details and click confirm purchase to complete your membership application.

Step 3.We'll be in touch

You will automatically receive a confirmation email after you have successfully completed an online membership application form.

We will send you a separate welcome email with more details and requests for any additional information required.

Once you have chosen a membership and logged in to the member portal:

1. From the member portal home screen, navigate to Buy Online on the top menu and choose Memberships from the drop down menu.
   
   
2. Select a membership type from the list of available options and click Buy.
   Your membership will start on the date of purchase. If you would like to start your membership on a different date, please contact us immediately after purchase. 
   
   
3. Review and agree to the membership terms and conditions and all conditions of entry. 
   If you select a direct debit membership, you will also need to agree to the DebitSuccess Direct Debit Request (DDR) Service Agreement.
    
4. Enter your payment details.
   
   
5. Review your application details and click confirm purchase to complete your membership application.

You will need to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire before your first visit, unless you have completed one with us in the last 12-months.
