Teen group fitness

The Teen Fit class is designed for teens aged 13 to 15. This program is all about empowering teenagers with the essential skills and knowledge they need to improve cardiovascular fitness, building strength and power. Our qualified instructors are committed to ensuring that each teen reaches their full potential, making the Teen Fit class a rewarding and enjoyable experience.

Each class, which will be held in the Training and Recovery Zone, has a capacity of 8 participants to ensure a more personalised workout. This makes Teen Fit an excellent choice for teenagers who want to enhance their overall fitness and strength, as well as those with specific athletic aspirations or pre-season training needs. 

In our small-group environment, we'll guide teens through safe and effective weightlifting techniques while keeping the atmosphere fun and motivating.

Days: Monday and Wednesday

Times: 4:30pm to 5:15pm
