How to use my voucher

New Customer

Step 1.Before we begin

Voucher can only be used prior to making program payments. 

  • Active Kids vouchers can only be used towards a term program and only if there are 8 lessons remaining in the term. 
  • First Laps vouchers can be used towards a program of 5 lessons or longer and therefore can be used for 5 day holiday intensive programs and term programs providing there are 5 lessons remaining in the term. 

Step 2.Enrol over the phone

If you wish to use your voucher/s towards a program enrolment you will not be able to make an online booking. Voucher/s need to be redeemed prior to making payment of program fees. 

Contact the Swim School  to arrange a booking and to redeem your voucher over the phone.

Please note: if you pay for a booking online you will not be able to redeem your voucher and no refunds will be given in lieu of the voucher as per NSW Government terms and conditions.

Step 1.Register your voucher/s

Vouchers must be presented during the re-enrolment period for the following term.The Swim School will send an email to all existing term members in week 7 of the term. This email will contain a voucher register, where you can submit you voucher details.

How do I use a First Laps voucher towards a school holiday program?

If you wish to use a First Laps voucher towards a holiday program you will not be able to book online. Please contact the swim school with your voucher information and we will assist you with your booking over the phone. 

Step 2.Wait for your voucher to be redeemed 

The Swim School will redeem your voucher with Service NSW and add a credit onto your families account once redeemed.  You will receive an SMS confirming the voucher redemption and be directed to pay the remaining term fees.

Step 3.Make remaining term fee payment

Log into the online member portal and pay the outstanding balance on your account. This will display the full terms fees due. Once you have entered the payment screen you will see the family credit amount and it will automatically be deducted from your full term fees. 

Alternatively if you are unable to pay the remaining balance online this can be done at the centre. 

If you cannot see the family credit amount DO NOT CONTINUE WITH THE PAYMENT. Please contact the Swim School if this happens. If you continue with the payment we cannot offer a refund in lieu of a voucher.
