Step 2.Complete enrolment form

1.  Complete enrolment form below or click 'complete enrolment form' to open in a new tab.
2. Follow the prompts to submit your form. 
3. You will receive an email receipt, confirming your form has been received. This does not mean your enrolment is processed. 

Note: You will be contacted again once your enrolment request has been processed. 

Step 3.View creche bookings and availability

Step 4.Book a time slot

1. Select the appropriate age bracket for your child:
   • Under 1 year
   • Between 1 - 2 years old
   • Between 2 - 5 years old.
2. Select the date you wish to book for. You can book up to 7-days in advance.
3. Choose an available slot from the timetable. 
4. Follow the prompts to complete your booking.

If you have an existing customer profile, you will be directed to login to the member portal before booking. Please follow the existing customer process from step 3.

If this is your first visit to Willoughby Leisure Centre, you will be directed to create a customer profile during your first booking. 

Please contact us if you are unsure of your login details or whether you have a customer profile. 

Step 5.Booking confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email from us if your booking was successful.

If you do not receive a booking confirmation email within 15-minutes of booking, please contact us to check whether your booking was completed successfully.

All customers need to complete a new creche enrolment form before their first visit, including customers who attended the facility prior to 1 November 2021.

Step 2.Log in to the member portal

If you do not have a customer profile, please follow the new customer process and you will be directed to create an account when creating your first booking. 

If you are unsure of your login details or whether you have a customer profile, please contact us.

Step 3.Book a time slot

1. Navigate to Book Online in the member portal menu.
2. Select the appropriate booking age bracket for your child from the drop down menu:
   • Under 1 year old
   • Between 1 - 2 years old
   • Between 2 - 5 years old.
3. Select the date you wish to book for. You can book up to 7-days in advance.
4. Choose an available slot from the timetable. 
5. Follow the prompts to complete your booking and make payment.

Step 4.Booking confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email from us if your booking was successful. 

If you do not receive a booking confirmation email within 15-minutes of booking, please contact us to check whether your booking was completed successfully. 

You will also be able to view your confirmed booking details from the member portal home page.
