A low impact cardiovascular and resistance workout held in deep water. Designed to improve fitness, strength, and range of movement, participants wear a buoyancy belt, and use equipment such as dumbbells and noodles to add intensity to the workout.
Ideal for those with injuries or limitations and water confidence is recommended.

Our ‘no towel, no train’ policy, will be strictly enforced. All members are required to show a clean towel when entering the facility.
