Create a new customer profile

If you are visiting Willoughby Leisure Centre for the first time (or you haven't visited us for several years), you will need to create a new customer profile in order to book into a group fitness class.

Online

Step 1.Check your current status

Current members, visit pass holders and casual attendees will already have a customer profile. Please contact us if you are unsure of your login details.

You only need to create a profile if you are a new customer and have not registered, held a membership or a multi-visit pass previously.

Step 2.Register online

Use the online form below to create a new customer profile.

Please have the following information on hand:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Phone number

Register now

Step 3.Confirmation

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once you have successfully registered.

Step 4.Log in

You can now log in to the Member Portal and book sessions online.

Step 2.Prepare personal details

Before registering for a new customer profile, please prepare the following:

  • Personal identification (full name, gender, date of birth, address)
  • Your contact details (email address; phone number)
  • Emergency contact information (name, relationship and contact details)

Step 3.Visit or call us

Speak to our customer service team either over the phone or in person to process your request.

Step 4.Log in online

You can now log in to the Member Portal and book sessions online.
