COVID Safe Check-in options
As directed by the current NSW Public Health Orders, it is mandatory to complete a COVID Safe Check-in when entering Willoughby Leisure Centre.
Please note, we are required by NSW Public Health Order to collect your details upon entry using the Service NSW COVID Safe Check-in system. Entry to Willoughby Leisure Centre may be denied if the Service NSW COVID Safe Check-in is not completed.
How can I check in?
There are multiple options available to complete your COVID Safe Check-in.
1. Use the Service NSW facility QR code
Scan the NSW QR code for Willoughby Leisure Centre with your phone camera or a QR code reader. Your device reads the QR code and:
- if the Service NSW app is already installed on your phone, this app will open and prompt you to confirm your contact details via the COVID Safe Check-in tool.
- if the Service NSW app is not installed on your phone, you will be directed to a webpage where you will be given the choice to download the Service NSW app to check in or check in using the Service NSW webform for Willoughby Leisure Centre.

2. Use the online webform
If you do not have a QR code compatible device, you can check in using the unique Service NSW business online webform for Willoughby Leisure Centre, which is available via a dedicated laptop at the front desk.
3. Use a physical COVID-19 check-in card
Service NSW is now providing customers with a physical COVID-19 check-in card upon request. You can scan this card using our dedicated laptop at the front desk instead of manually typing your details.
