New Member Terms and Conditions

Join between 1 May 2012 and 31 May 2012 to receive 50% off Speedo products from the Willoughby Leisure Centre’s Speedo Store. 

1. Entry is open to new Willoughby Leisure Centre members who take up a new Willoughby Leisure Centre 12 month direct debit membership from 1 May 2012 to 31 May 2012.
2. Employees of the Willoughby Leisure Centre and Willoughby City Council and their families are ineligible to enter.
3. Any new member who joins during 1 to 31 May 2012 on a 12 month direct debit membership will be eligible to receive a 50% discount off a purchase of Speedo products from Willoughby Leisure Centre’s Speedo Store. The discount offer is valid for one (1) purchase only during the month of May and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4. Members who take up a family membership will receive one (1) purchase only during the month of May and the discount can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
5. Existing members with a current membership who refer a friend who joins during the period 1 to 31 May 2012 will receive one (1) month free of charge.
6. The promotion commences on 1 May 2012 and runs until 31 May 2012. 
7. All of the Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. All members who join as part of this campaign or any other are bound by the standard Willoughby Leisure Centre membership terms and conditions.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of an entrant participating in the Promotion. Entrants should obtain independent tax and financial advice.  
10.  To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel “Relevant Parties” exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Promotion, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
11. New Member’s personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Promotion and may be used to market its products to the entrant. Persons may contact the Promoter by post at PO Box 57 Chatswood 2057 or by emailing leisure@willoughby.nsw.gov.au to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by the Promoter.
12. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected memberships.
