Health Club

The Willoughby Leisure Centre is a community based leisure centre designed to accommodate all members of the local community and help you balance your well being. 

The Health Club offers a large range of fitness equipment including cardio and resistance machines and pin loaded and free weights.  Willoughby Leisure staff take pride in offering personalised service to every visitor.

A huge variety of group fitness classes are programmed weekly with something to suit all fitness levels and all ages including toddlers.  Classes include pump, aerobics, outdoor training, boxing, mind-body classes and aqua aerobics.

There are also classes designed specifically for the over 50s with a significant social component.
