A low impact, fitness based workout suitable for all participants which aims to condition the whole body using water resistance. Suitable for all fitness levels. Participants mainly use the DEEP end of the pool but can choose the SHALLOW option if necessary.
This class is designed for the over 55's. Suitable for all fitness levels, the COMBO class lets you decide between Shallow & Deep Water Aqua.
A high energy class, designed to increase the heart rate. This class works through a series of exercises for specific areas of the body using the resistance of the water. Suitable for all ages looking for a harder workout. Intermediate to Advanced.
A low impact muscular conditioning class in shallow and deep water, incorporating a variety of equipment for resistance. Suitable for beginners. Appropriate for the over 50's.
Shallow water fitness class using water as resistance. Suitable for all fitness levels and ages. An excellent class if you are looking for a safe entry point back into fitness. (Slide pool). Beginner to advanced.
