Join in July and receive a free Member Starter Pack equipped with Willoughby Leisure bag, drink bottle, sports towel, ear phones and session with a personal trainer

  1. Entry is open to new Willoughby Leisure Centre members who take up a new Willoughby Leisure Centre 12 month direct debit membership from 1 to 31 July 2010; Employees of the Willoughby Leisure Centre and Willoughby City Council and their families are ineligible to enter.
  2. Any new member who joins during 1 to 31 July 2010 on a 12 month direct debit membership will receive a Member Starter Pack containing 1 (one) backpack, 1 (one) voucher for a 30 minute personal training session, 1 (one) drink bottle, 1 (one) sports towel and 1 (one) set of ear phones.
  3. Members who take up a family membership will receive 1 (one) Member Starter Pack only.
  4. Existing members with a current membership who refer a friend who joins during the period 1 to 31 July 2010 will receive 1 (one) month membership free of charge.
  5. The competition commences on 1 July 2010 and runs until 31 July 2010.
  6. All of the Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of an entrant participating in the Promotion. Entrants should obtain independent tax and financial advice.
  8. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Promotion, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
  9. New Members' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Promotion and may be used to market its products to the entrant. Persons may contact the Promoter by post at PO Box 57, Chatswood 2057 or by emailing leisure@willoughby.nsw.gov.au to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by the Promoter.
  10. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected memberships.
