Terms and conditions:

  1. Entry is open to Willoughby ratepayers who take up a new Willoughby Leisure Centre 12 month direct debit membership before 31 August 2009.
  2. Any Willoughby ratepayer who presents the promotional flyer distributed with the July Council Rates Notice and joins before 31 August 2009 on a 12 month direct debit membership will not be charged any membership fees for the first month (four weeks) of their membership.
  3. Ratepayers who take up a family membership will not be charged any membership fees for the first month (four week period) of their membership.
  4. Fees will revert back to normal membership fees after the initial free four week period.
  5. The promotion commences on 27 July and runs until 31 August 2009.
  6. All of the Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of an entrant participating in the Promotion. Entrants should obtain independent tax and financial advice.
  8. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Promotion, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
  9. New Members' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Promotion and may be used to market its products to the entrant. Persons may contact the Promoter by post at PO Box 57 Chatswood 2057 or by emailing leisure@willoughby.nsw.gov.au to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by the Promoter.
  10. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected memberships.
