A strength and flexibility class designed for the over 50’s. If you have never tried weight training, this is the class for you. All levels of fitness welcome.
Variety plus! A workout that involves a number of training methods (such as boxing and circuit) using lots of different equipment. Suitable for all fitness levels. Cotton inners are required (available to purchase from front desk).

This training program includes boxing and circuit training, and operates offsite at Chatswood Oval, corner of Albert Avenue and Orchard Road, Chatswood. Free for members, $10 for non-members.
An effective and fun workout held outdoors. Sessions will include a variety of exercises to tone and strengthen muscles and improve fitness levels. You will meet your instructor outside on the Netball Courts behind the Willoughby Leisure Centre. A card must be collected from Customer Service & given to the instructor prior to the session.
Run club is not only for experienced endurance runners, but also for people who want to train in order to complete a long distance running event. A fitness program for teens (13-16yrs), they will be taken through a variety of activities and exercises using both the Sports Hall and the cardiovascular gym equipment to learn good gym habits that they will keep for life.
