An effective and fun workout held outdoors. Sessions will include a variety of exercises to tone and strengthen muscles and improve fitness levels. You will meet your instructor outside on the Netball Courts behind the Willoughby Leisure Centre. A card must be collected from Customer Service & given to the instructor prior to the session.
Run club is not only for experienced endurance runners, but also for people who want to train in order to complete a long distance running event.
